The Warrior Series General Overview
The Warriors Series is an advanced, customizable program for businesses and organizations. These are a series of sessions tailored to the individual clients, including government agencies and private firms, to help promote leadership and best practices. Learning in the Warrior Series is accomplished through a sequence of conversations, role playing scenarios, and out of the box team building activities, including case studies. Activities are designed to create a dialogue, build trust, and expand the way the people in the organization think through invoking problem-solving techniques and scenarios.
Warrior Series Courses:
1) Leadership and Team Building
Participants will learn how to build the personal and leadership skills needed to lead in today’s complex and diverse organizations. This course promotes leadership qualities and encourages sharing of new ideas and employee participation in decision-making and fiscal decisions. This is accomplished through a series of discussions and problem-solving exercises meant to bring people out of their comfort zones in order to identify and solve problems as a team.

This course helps guide planning and change. Organizations will learn how to build support and participation from their leadership teams and to drive adoption of new agency goals and upgraded work procedures during an organizational change or transformation. This training provides insight into industry trends and best practices. Organizations will learn how to meet the demands of an evolving industry based upon models of success from similar organizations. The focus is on new technologies, new workforce culture, and keeping up with the shifting needs of the end-users. Industry experts share knowledge, pose thought provoking questions, and answer questions based on lessons learned and best practices.
4) The Future of the Industry
This session focuses on innovation and encourages organizations to look into the future to begin structuring their business models to prepare for what is ahead 10 to 20 years from now.
